I have set up the SA doser and profilux4 to my wi-fi home network. Wi-fi is working fine on both.
Using the youtube video how to add devices to MyGhl I did exactly that but keep getting this screen?

I connect to USB connection as recommended in the video, enabled myGhl and get this message

also where I have the window "security key" under myGhl ID ..there are no numbers, just a 0 on Doser and lines like this --- on P4
Please help?
Activate myGHL, then copy the ID number and paste into the myGHL page.
The security key is generated once your device communicates with the myGHL servers.
What is the firmware version of your ProfiLux 4 and Doser 2.1 Standalone?
P4 firmware is 7.12
Dosers I can see only version 1.28 on both as they are PUB devices, also I recently updated the wifi drives on P4 as advised, however these few days I get errors 60 and 28...so I prefer the USB when changes are done.
When I Add devices via USB connection on myGhl it has the same screen as picture
PS. I activated myGHL and saved it

Post screenshots from your D2.1 SA WiFi settings and your P4 COMMUNICATION settings page.
I've joined my dosers all to P4 as PAB so now trying to connect that lot to myGhl

Do you still need me to enter the doser and check?
I've noticed that my wi-fi module on P4 is 6619
so I downloaded the new version of Gcc V_1114
Used this method but in the picture it still has the same 6619?

so I thought I should upgrade firmware but it says it's up to date.

So I updated the wifi module on P4 to version 6772...

made my post 10001opened and made my IP fixed to this device...
Enabled the myGhl in Gcc but I'm still getting the message when trying to add the device

Your DNS settings are incorrect.
This should be either blank or set to 8.8.8.8

Leaving blank DNS I got in to the next stage however I don't see a key under the myGhl ID number?
I Updated view ...still no key and also reloaded the Gcc still no key.... jus 3 lines ---
P4 and both dosers are blinking white
Close browser window and try again.
If no luck, use 8.8.8.8 for DNS.
Funny enough tried the second time and I get the same 6718 message (((
with blank it worked at least to the next stage and then could not enter again getting the same message - same with 8.8.8.8
