I’ve just noticed that my charts are showing last updated at 1845 for redox and 1800 for temp, it’s currently 2215. The chart also doesn’t read the current value. Is this because the memory data is full?
I’ve set the measurement data to save every 15 minutes, is that sufficient?
Are you viewing these charts on myGHL, app, GHL Control Center?
Memory data is relevant when viewing charts on GCC.
Measurement data every 15 minutes not necessary and will use the storage very quickly. Every 60, 90, or 120 minutes would be sufficient.

It’s the same for both the app and myGHL.
I’ve changed the time to 90 minutes, does the time only effect the data viewed in GCC or does it also effect myGHL/app?
It looks like the graph is up to date again.
Changes in my GCC also affect myGHL / Connect and vise versa.
In the screen shot above and at the moment is about 3 hours behind.
The 3 hour delay is likely from the time zone setting not being setup yet.
Go to the GENERAL settings page and set the time zone to your location.
At the moment it’s 2hr 11min behind. It seems to be catching up slowly, when I first posted about this it was over 4 hours behind. The time zone is set to UTC +0, is this correct for London?
London would be +1 UTC.
Oops, I’ll see if that makes any difference. The charts were last updated at 2053 last night, that’s now 11 hours ago!
Changing it to UTC +1 seems to make it worse, the charts are now 16 hours behind!
I’m just recovering from losing most of my fish and corals due to overheating so I’m trying to monitor my water in real-time.
I am having the same issue...
This is happening since some time now. Running actually the latest versions of GCC 7.15 or Webinterface 1.0.7 but no changes.
I am actually located in FRANCE and Profilux is set to UTC+2 and charts are not updated since 6 hours ( see attachments) even when selecting the chart by hour.

If you go into your measurement settings, how often do you have the ProfiLux set to record measurements?

The setting for the recording measurements is set to 5 minutes delay.
Also the charts are not showing consistent timing points.
example :
05Aug showing 11:26AM next point is shown at 11:31AM (5mn) then next one only at 11:41AM and the next one later at 12:01PM and the next one even later (1hour delay) at 01:01PM...:confused:
I would expect to have reading points all the 5 minutes all time and not delayed like showing on the graph.

Please change the measurement intervals to 1 hour and let's see if the times are still off or not consistent.
I want to know if the chart is only for P4?I can't see it in my P3

I opened a support ticket, it appears there are more things to take into consideration like buffering etc. There has been an update to GHL Connect but I'm not really seeing any improvement, I am checking that through myghl.com/GHLConnect and going onto the charts (I think I'm checking the correct thing).

They do not show the same time reading points and have also different missing points.

Hello,
the measurement values are only transmitted when they differ from the previous value or at least once per hour.
This is not uncommon for temperature readings.
The timepoints refer to your ProfiLux4's local time and should be the same on myGHL and webinterface.
We adjusted this in the current version 1.0.7 and notifiy if the difference between local time and device time is bigger than 30 minutes.
The measurement data which is stored on ProfiLux4 can take up to 2-3 hours until it is completely transmitted to the myGHL-server.
We will improve this in a future firmware release.
Ok but then why do I have for example reading points going down on values by half-hour interval but then at the last point it is showing by hour (My Profilux measurement period is set to 30mn) and this happens many times when checking on all timepoints.Quote:
