Problem with profilux app on iPhone 6

Hi,

Downloaded the app from Apple Store but when I try to open it it initially comes up with the GHL logo and the pic of the fish but then just goes to a blue screen and doesn't do anything?

Can anyone help?

Thanks for the reply diesel. After looking back through the forum and on others it does seem to be an ongoing issue that has been going on for a while. The strange thing is that it doesnt seem to be affecting everyone. Dont understand how it is working for some and not others.

I have now tried downloading it on my ipad and its the same blue screen.

Nice but issue is with profilux app not my ghl

Sorry I hadn't tried the profilux app yet I downloaded an I see the blue screen. 😬😀

Hello,
A friend of mine have same problem. We have same iphone: 6s. On mine, it's working perfectly and on his iphone it's the blue screen.
I tried to uninstall, to reset the phone,...
No solution.
Is it possible that someone from GHL team react to at least let us know if you are working on this issue or not?

Hi,

This isssue has been solved already. Please uninstall the app and go back to the app store and re-install.
