Hallo Ray,
eine direkt von GHL eingebaute Möglichkeit gibt es nicht dafür.
Man kann jedoch über den Umweg einer Dynamic DNS und Portweiterleitung am Router auch über das Internet darauf zugreifen.
Anleitungen wie man das einrichtet (für Server, PCs, IP-Cams oder andere Geräte ist immer das selbe Prinzip) sind auf Youtube oder per google gut zu finden. Achtung der Zugang ist nur über Port 80 möglich.
Ein kostenloser Dynamic DNS service ist zum Beispiel noip.com

Port 80 passt aber nicht für die Connect App, oder?

Doch. Laut GHL Support ist eine Verbindung nur über Port80 möglich und es gibt aktuell auch noch keine Möglichkeit den Port zu ändern.
Ob man nun per Connect App oder per Browser die Verbindung aufbaut ist dabei egal. Mit einem PL4 kann man für eine Portweiterleitung nur Port80 nutzen.

Da der Webserver und damit auch die Menüpunkte für den PL4 noch nicht verfügbar sind geht das leider nicht.
Ist mir auch gerade eingefallen, dass der PL4 noch keinen Webserver hat.

Habe soeben nach Eurem FB Post die GHL Connect App für Android runtergeladen und installiert.
Ja ich weiss es ist eine Betaversion.Dennoch will ich den Bughier posten: Die Eingabe einer URL mit Port funktioniert nicht
also zum Beispiel geht 192.168.1.100 oder seite.home.de aber seite.home.de:6000 klappt nicht und wird nciht von der app als gültige hostadresse angenommen.

bei, PL4 ist der Standardport 80 beim PL3 der Port 10001. Port 80 wird normalerweise direkt durchgeleitet, für den PL3 musst du im Router eine Portweiterleitung einrichten.
Diese 2 Ports sind zur Zeit fix in der App vordefiniert. Das wird aber sicher noch optimiert

Also alle Router leiten gar keine Ports normalerweise (ohne Portweiterleitungen) von außen nach innen weiter. Wäre ja auch noch schöner. Abgehend beim Surfen werden andere Technologien verwendet das das erwartete Paket auch wieder zurückfindet um Browser. Hat aber auch nix mit Portweiterleitung zu tun. Da heißt das Zauberwort NAT
Dennoch wäre interessant über welchen Port das neue APP nun kommuniziert? Da ja der PL4 noch keinen Webserver hat und beide aber gemeinsam Port 10001 bedienen können, nämlich das über das das GCC kommuniziert, wird das wohl bei allen PL der Port 10001 sein. Das würde auch erklären das GCC und APP niemals gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden dürfen.
Also ich glaube nur das die APP Port 10001 spricht.
Mache ich dann den Port 10001 im Router auf könnte jeder der IP und Port weiss meinen Profilux über Intenet über GCC oder PP bedienen und verstellen....also da brauchen wir auch noch einen weiteren Schutz. Das Beste wäre eine optional 2-Faktor Authentifizierung.
Ich meine auch... die GHL-Cloud hatt doch alle Daten bei einer Cloudanbindung des PL3/PL4. Warum gebe ich in der APP nicht die GHL-CLouddaten ein und die App zieht sich die Daten aus der Cloud. Dann brauche ich mir um Sicherheit und Portweiterleitungen keine Gedanken machen.

Der PL3 wird bei der App über den Port 10001 angesprochen, d.h. ihr tragt als DNS-Namen nur Eure DNS ein z.B. xxxx.spdns.de den Port 10001 fügt die App automatisch hinzu. Bei Eurem Router müsst Ihr aber den Port 10001 auf den PL3 mit Port 10001 weiterleiten.
Beim PL4 geht wohl nur der Port 80 zur Zeit, ein anderer Port wird nachgeliefert. Sollte dann (hoffentlich) ein anderer als der Port 10001 sein, nur so wird die korrekte Weiterleitung sichergestellt.

PL3 nutzt Port 10001, der PL4 zur Zeit Port 80 für die App. Webserver hin oder her.

Hallo,
ich habe soeben einen DNS Accont bei ClickIP eingerichtet. Portfreigabe ist an der Fritzbox eingerichtet. Wo muss ich denn jetzt in der App die Daten eintragen damit ich von außerhalb zugreifen kann?
Es gibt ja mehrere Bereiche:
IP Einstellungen
NTP Server
Webserver
Externe Webadresse
Ich wäre für jede Hilfe dankbar. Bin absoluter Neuling in diesen Fragen.

Hallo,
die App ist leider noch Fehlerhaft.
Ein Zugriff übers Internet funktioniert nur mit dem Port 10001.
Stelle ich einmal ein anderes Port ein gibt es keine Verbindung, auch nicht wenn auf Port 10001 zurückgestellt und gespeichert wird.
Erst nach Entfernen des Gerätes und erneutem Hinzufügen mit den selben Daten schafft wieder eine Verbindung.
Warum sollte ein anderes Port auch funktionieren? Ganz einfach, damit eine Portweiterleitung im Router wirksam werden kann bei Zugriff übers Internet.
Das wird insbesondere dann Notwendig, wenn man 2 Profilux3 im Haus hat und diese erreichen will.
Z.B über folgende Portweiterleitungen im Router:
10001 auf 10001
und
10002 auf 10001
Eine Portweiterleitung mit anderen Ports als 10001 bzw. 80 beim P4 müsste ab der App-Version 0.14.0 funktionieren. Wir haben das bei uns erfolgreich getestet.
Für Android wird die neue Version auch demnächst zum Download bereitgestellt.
@Florian: Port und IP des Gerätes zur Verbindung trägst du auf der Startseite der App 'Meine Geräte' beim entsprechenden Gerät ein.
ich habe gestern bei mir nochmal getestet und konnte weder lokal im selben Netz noch über das Internet (mit existierender Portfreigabe Port 10001 TCP) auf der APP mit dem GHL 3.1 verbinden
Mein Setup
192.168.0.1 - 192.168.1.255
Netmask 255.255.254.0
Irgendwas ist da noch nicht in Ordnung.

ich habe die 0.14.0 aber es trifft das in meinem Beitrag geschriebene trotzdem zu.
Im Einsatz ist der PL3.
Gibt es von Dir diesbezüglich eine Aussage dazu?
Die genannten Probleme auch in der Version 0.14.2.
Das Update wird nicht erkannt, mann muß also erst die APP. löschen und dann neu Aufspielen.

Habe nur noch eine Frage, warum trennt ihr die Verbindung so umständlich und nicht mit dem verlassen der App. Wenn man nicht aufpaßt bleibt doch die Verbindung dann ständig bestehen oder?
Das hat wohl getäuscht. Über die Internetverbindung kann man sehen, das es doch 10-15s dauert bis die Daten erneuert werden (z.B. Uhrzeit). Der Eindruck entsteht, da das z.B. Dashbord noch mit den Alten Werten vorhanden ist.
Habe das Problem gefunden und behoben. Die neue App Version mit funktionierender Portweiterleitung bei iOS befindet sich gerade bei Apple in Prüfung und sollte bald verfügbar sein.

hat diesmal alles super funktioniert mit Update im Store.
Die App läuft jetzt korrekt. Aus meiner Sicht sehr gut gelungen. Ein Danke fürs schnelle Umsetzen.
Frage: läßt sich evtl. im Dashbord die Seriennummer mit darstellen. Bei zwei PL wird das schwierig, kann dann nur an Hand der Anzahl Sensoren die Unterscheidung treffen.
So habe noch etwas herumgespielt um die Möglichkeiten der App zu nutzen.
Dabei ist mir folgendes aufgefallen:
Es gibt Unterschiede in der Darstellung zwischen Hoch/Querdarstellung.
Will man das Dashboard konfigurieren fehlen in der Hochdarstellung die Löschsymbole.
Im Menü Kacheln hinzufügen werden beim Verschieben (rechte Seite) der Menüpunkte sofort Hacken gesetzt. Im Querformat fehlt dagegen Schließen und Hinzufügen.
Das zuletzt Hinzugefügte erscheint immer Oben, man kann keine Prioritäten vorgeben hinsichtlich der Darstellung. Es sei denn man löscht wieder alles und fügt jeweils einzeln in der vorgestellten Reihenfolge hinzu.
Erstmal genug "gemeckert".
Ergänzung: Oben beziehe ich mich auf ein iPhone6 mit neuestem IOS.
Beim Test mit dem iPad (IOS 9.3.5.) dauert der Verbindungsaufbau/lesen der Daten extrem lange. Sehr sehr oft kommt es zu Verbindungsabbrüchen. Keine Verbindung zu dem GHL Gerät.
Insbesondere beim ändern von Einstellungen.
Die Darstellung ist OK.
Ach so, was ist generell mit den Durchflußsensoren?
Mit einem neueren iPad und IOS 11.2.1 geht alles "zweifix" , also korrekt von statten.
Die Darstellung ist hierbei nebeneinander.
Die Beleuchtung wird offentsichlich nur einmal eingelesen und dann nicht mehr aktuallisiert.
Ja, das Dashboard läuft leider nicht so rund. Ich bin auch nebenbei schon dran es komplett zu überarbeiten, das sollte innerhalb der nächsten paar Wochen endlich fertig sein.
Die Seriennummer kann ich dann bestimmt auch mit einbauen.
Kommen wir mal auf das Thema Sicherheit zurück. Zugriff von außen für die APP beim PL3 bedeutet Port 10001 aufmachen. D.h. jeder der meine IP oder mein DYDNS-Namen kennt kann dann über Controlcenter vom PC aus auch meine Profilux bedienen?

finde ich es nicht, oder gibt es keine Anzeige in der App .. welche Version installiert ist?? .. stehe vielleicht auch auf der Leitung und vielleicht kann mir jemand weiter helfen :-)

Welches Passwort? GHL-Controlcenter ist höchstens mit einer PIN geschützt sofern man diese eingerichtet hat. Und wenn der Port 10001 im Portforward im Router eingetragen ist komme ich beim PL3 neben der APP ja auch mit Controlcenter rauf. Im Regefall ohne Passwort und PIN ?! Beim PL4 scheint das ja wohl anders zu sein, da hier Port 80 verwendet wird für das APP
Vielleicht würde es den Zugriff von aussen sicherer machen, wenn beim lokalen Erstzugriff der App auf den Profilux, z.B die myGHL ID und der Sicherheitsschlüssel abgefragt wird.Quote:

meine Frage geht an alle die den "alten" PL3 besitzen und mehr als einen über die App erreichen wollen!!
Irgendwie funktioniert es mit GHL Connect nicht - dagegen mit der alten App "GHL ProfiLux" schon bzw. immer noch (ja, die funktioniert und läuft immer noch bei mir trotz Smartphone update auf S8)!!

Dazu sei gesagt, das ich nicht den Port 80 (anderweitig belegt) nutze, sondern z.B. für den ersten PL 3 Port 81 und den zweiten PL 3 Port 82 (jeweils Weiterleitung im Router). Hostname und direkte Ansprache/ Eingabe des Ports funktioniert bei alten App "GHL ProfiLux App" einwandfrei - hier wird ja auch ein Passwort abgefragt! Bei "GHL Connect" wird kein Passwort verlangt?!?!

Die geforderten Eingaben (ja, ich habe die Geräte gelöscht und neu eingerichtet - ebenfalls wurde die App deinstalliert und neu installiert [jedoch wurden die Daten [Verbindungsdaten gehalten]) bei GHL Connect existiert keine Passwortabfrage ... kommt das noch? - oder läuft da bei mir etwas schief?
