Ich bin selbst auch noch am testen. Dachte zuerst, dass Problem sei gelöst, tauchte aber nach einigen Versuchen wieder auf. Was ein wenig etwas gebracht hat, ist die Sicherheit des Benutzer des GCC auf Vollzugriff zu stellen. Ich habe immer mehr den Verdacht, dass es Probleme mit den Berechtigungen gibt. Wobei ich auch sagen muss, beim Notebook (Win10 Home) ist das Problem lange nicht so ausgeprägt.

@GHL, kann es sein, dass dieses Paket vom GCC kommt, wüsste nicht woher sonst, und Windows eigen sieht es auch nicht aus
