Hallo zusammen,
ich habe das selbe Problem.
Aktuell funktioniert es zwar in 10% der Versuche, wenn dann aber auch nur sehr schlecht/langsam.
Folgendes Szenario stellte sich bei mir dar:
Installierte Version: 1.1.2.1 beta mit Firmware 6.40
Verbindung konnte von einem Windows 10 Laptop nicht über das Netzwerk aufgebaut werden. Alles probiert (auch das hier Beschriebene).
Auf einem Laptop mit Windows 8 funktionierte es aber ohne Probleme. Hier ist die selbe Software installiert.
Hin und wieder funktioniert die Verbindung zwar (max 10% der Versuche) aber dann ist sehr auffällig, dass sich die GHL Software erst aufhängt (keine Reaktion) und nach 1min wird die Verbindung dann hergestellt.
Zusätzlich habe ich auf dem Laptop mit Windows 10 aktuell noch die 1.1.2.1 official und die 1.1.2.3 beta getestet. Alle Versionen haben das selbe Problem. Mit früheren Versionen habe ich es auf dem Windows 10 Laptop noch nicht probiert. (neues Gerät).
Testweise wurde sowohl die Windows Firewall als auch der Defender deaktiviert. Eine Erreichbarkeit des Webfrontends ist jederzeit gegeben.
Hat hier noch jemand eine Idee was man noch testen könnte?

Hallo Denis,
Ich bin selbst auch noch am testen. Dachte zuerst, dass Problem sei gelöst, tauchte aber nach einigen Versuchen wieder auf. Was ein wenig etwas gebracht hat, ist die Sicherheit des Benutzer des GCC auf Vollzugriff zu stellen. Ich habe immer mehr den Verdacht, dass es Probleme mit den Berechtigungen gibt. Wobei ich auch sagen muss, beim Notebook (Win10 Home) ist das Problem lange nicht so ausgeprägt.

@GHL, kann es sein, dass dieses Paket vom GCC kommt, wüsste nicht woher sonst, und Windows eigen sieht es auch nicht aus

Noch eine Info dazu, vielleicht OT:
Habe die Levelsensoren geprüft. Ich hatte ein YKabel daran, und früher 2 Sensoren gehabt. Den Sensor 1 hatte ich entfernt. Was mir nur auffiel ist, das es beim Regelkreis 2 keinen Alarm gibt, Der Regelkreis 1 macht den Alarm, wie ich nach mehrmaligen "umstecken", mit und ohne Y-Kabel feststellen konnte.
An der Verbindung selbst ändert dies allerdings nichts.

Wir prüfen noch das mit den Berechtigungen:
- Funktioniert die Verbindung mit vollständiger Berechtigung immer zuverlässig?
- Klappt es dann auch ohne führende Nullen?
Nein, vom GCC kommt das nicht.
Das mit den Niveausensoren prüfen wir auch, im Normalfall sollte der Alarm aber bei jedem Sensorindex ausgelöst werden.

bei mir tritt das gleiche Problem wie von den anderen Usern geschildert auf.
Ich habe jedoch jetzt 2x die Erfahrung gemacht, dass bei Löschung des Freigabe-Ports 10001 in der Fritzbox 7490 mein Profilux 3.1T eX gefunden wird. Die Verbindung mittels GCC ist jedoch instabil und der Profilux wird in meinem Heimnetz nicht mehr der zugehörigen Powerline zugeordnet. Insgesamt bisher leider unbefriedigend.

ich habe auch ein Probelem meinen PL3ex zur erreichen. Da ich aber den Rechner neu installiert habe dachte ich bisher ich bin zu blöd das hinzubekommen.
Ich tippe jetzt auf das Windows10 und da auf eins der letzten Updates. Und vom Windows10 dann die Firewall bzw Defender.
Ich werde nachher mal testen, Da ich eigentlich dabei bin den PL3ex von der V6.15 auf neuste zu Flashen. Klappt nur nicht wg der Verbindung.

eine Verbindung via USB sollte eigentlich möglich sein. Wenn du dich nicht via USB verbinden kannst, eröffne bitte eine neuen Beitrag. Das hier angesprochene betrifft nur die Verbindung via Netzwerk.
Schau derweil einmal im Gerätemanger, ob der Profilux korrekt angemeldet ist.

der Freigabeport interessiert nur bei Zugriff von "außen", nicht über das Heimnetzwerk - oder greifen Sie auch innerhalb des Heimnetzwerks über eine externe IP/DNS zu?
