Logic HELP

Here it is. Need to turn OFF my ATO connected to socket 13 from 9-9:20 PM while a special pump is draining water to a denitrator. Whats the easiest way of doing this? Keep in mind I currently have that ATO socket assigned to Logic 4 INVERTED so my ATO turns OFF if a sensor OR an alarm turn on. How do I achieve this? Thanks

Use logic 4 as an input into another programable logic gate with a timer set to those times reversed as another input with an AND command.
