Flowsensor connections

Hi
Im looking into buying the flowsensor.
But how do I connect it to my eheim 1200xlt?
The eheim has a 16/22mm connection
Is there connections supplied for that?

The Flow sensor is delivered without adapter for the connection of tubes or pipes.
