Wenn die Emails nicht versendet werden
Nachdem mehrere Nutzer gemeldet haben, dass der Email-Versand nicht funktioniert, wurden die Log-Dateien auf dem Server ausgewertet.
Ca. 90 % der Emails werden verschickt.
Die restlichen 10% wurden aufgrund der folgenden Fehler nicht versendet:
- Email hat keinen Inhalt
- SMTP-Server nicht angegeben
- Fehlerhafte Angabe des SMTP-Servers (z.B. smtp..gmail.com)
- Falsches Passwort
- Passwort mit Sonderzeichen
- Passwort länger als 16 Zeichen (max. 16 Zeichen)
- E-Mail Adresse länger als 32 Zeichen (max. 32 Zeichen)
- Falscher Port
Sollte der Email-Versand nicht funktionieren:
- SMTP-Server prüfen1
- Richtigen Port eintragen1
- Passwort erneut eintragen
- Email-Inhalt prüfen
- ProfiLux neustarten (vom Strom trennen)
Doppelte Authentifizierung bei Gmail wird nicht unterstützt.
1Den richtigen SMTP-Server und Port finden Sie in der folgenden Tabelle. Sollte Ihr Anbieter nicht aufgelistet sein, können Sie den SMTP-Server und den Port beim Anbieter erfahren. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Emails in Deutschland nur noch verschlüsselt versendet werden.
