I have a question on the settings of Minimal speed for the Tunze 6105. I have the 3ex (FW 5.17). When I assign the Minimal speed/power to a law value, say 1%, I still feel that the pump is rotating at higher speed when it goes to Min.
Is there a lowest value of the Minimum that is accepted by the GHL program.
Less than 1% is 0 which is off.
The voltage should be set in the 1-10V interface menu and the minimum recommended by Tunze is 3 Volts and maximum is 8 volts for this pump.
It's already set to 3and 8 V.
So if I set the minimum speed to 1% it will actually run at 1%

You can reduce the voltage if you wish and play around with that but don't go too far as I am sure tunze made those recommendations for pump longevity.
I am not sure on the controller, but generally if voltage is reduce current will go up and it could burn the pump out if you try to drive it at too low a voltage.
I actually don't go below 10% and normally run to 80% but this drops to 35% at night. This allows overhead when you want to do thunderstorm which pushes the pump output to 100%.
