As i can see for now, everything should be fine. Maybe you should consider an additional powerbar to control power of filter, light, radiation...

Next steps :
- light control (replace neon with LEDs)
- osmolator to compensate evaporation (how to ?)

Now, I have no idea how to make this (method and hardware) ... ;-)

Can you explain more detailed what you are planning?
