Acess by web outside house ? Can see units - but not acess them ?

When in my house I can acess my p4 fine on WiFi.

I can also, without local network, login to MYghl and see my units (p4)

But when I try to connect , fromnoutside the house WiFi, it can’t

Any clues , why it won’t give me acess ?
