Cannot connect to My GHL

I cannot connect to My GHL via the app or via MyGHL. It says the device cannot connect.

This is the first time I've used MyGHL and first time on Profilux 4e. I've updated all firmware, and updated WiFi firmware seperately (this solved many problems). But still cannot connect to MyGHL either via the button press in app or from the browser side useing the mGHL ID. Please help. :)
