Problem calibration the PH probe Ou Director

Hello,
I have a problem calibrating the PH probe of my new Kh Director
after two days of testing no results
the calibration is very slow then systematic crash of the software with the error message code 28
could you help me on this subject

Most reliable connection type is connecting via USB.
But you can raise the timeout of the connection in the administration menu to 60000ms. Save, reconnect and retry the calibration.
