PH Probe Defective

I was trying to calibrate the PH probe and after 15 minutes it’s giving an error message saying that “Electrode Defective”. I repeated the process 3 times and keep getting the same message. Checked the port and the probe was in the correct PH port. It's a brand new probe and Profilux Controller-4

Hi Nihard
Then you should change the probe, or put it in 3molKCL for 24h. Could be dry running.
