Hey guys. I am in the process of moving my tank and unfortunately I cut the power cord that goes from the power base to the Mitras on both of my units.
Is there any way I can splice cables myself or is it best to send the units to GHL for repairs?

the only proper way to fix this is to send it to GHL (in your case GHL USA) for a repair
