Vortech pump not fully recognized

the pumps are online and functioning correctly. However, when I move to the general tab, each of the 2 pumps are recognized by serial numbers but the pump type and firmware version are not indicated in the GHL vortech manual. can anyone advise how to remedy this?

If you running the new quiet drives this is a known issue.....

Not fixed yet and don't think they going to fix it given the amount of time it's been broken.

I think it is something on the Eco Tech side tbh
