Anyone use this module? Do you find it reliable?


Does it work with FW? On ReefBuilder they say the water my be conductive (ie. like SW).

I have one and yes it's reliable. Salt water is what triggers it.
As far as I know it doesn't work with FW

That´s the way it works, but also fresh water has a conductivity. The leckage sensor is suitable for regular fresh water but there may be problems with very soft water (not sure about that, but I think >50 µS should work). Also not possible is the use for water from a reverse osmosis system.
