Hi. I was hoping that you could assist with a problem setting up the Nominal Temperature setting on my Profilux 3, 6.05.

Currently, my temperature display setting is set to F. The displayed temperature shown correctly in Farenheit, but the Nominal setting entry field still shows Celcius units, followed by F symbol. When I enter the desired nominal temperature, I have to enter the degrees in Celcius. When I tab to another field, the nominal temperature changes to bold letters and now correctly in Farenheit units.
After I click on SAVE CHANGES, the temp reading in the Nominal Temp entry field reverts to Celcius, followed by letter F.
The real problem happens when I click on UPDATE VIEW, or close the application thereafter. The nominal setting returns to 32C.
The net result is that I cannot set my heater. The heater socket function set to Temperature 1, Heater.
The Power Bar socket will not switch on, unless set to invert. It appears that there could be a software issue?

Thanks for your kind assistance, Tom

Hello,

which GHL Control Center version do you use? Please try the latest version.
