Powerbar 6D-PAB not assignable.

Hello,

I have juste receive my new Profilux 3.1T eX (ultimate set) + PLM-PWC + PLM-Oxygen.

I have a problem with the power bar: I can't assign it!

Powerbar was not detected in the PAB assign devices list.

Same thing after PAB Reset.

BUT Com led is on and blink and if I go to manual socket output, PAB Powerbar's sockets respond to power on/off 1 to 6

If I test with another PAB Powerbar (i have another profilux with PAB powerbar) the other powerbar is detected and can be assigned.

If I test with the two PAB powerbar, the new is again not detected, the old is detected but i see a thing: the new is using a PAB address because the old jump a PAB address (Profilux get 17, the old working PAB Powerbar get 19: -> the new problematic PAB Powerbar seem to use 18)

What is the problem with my new powerbar, what can I do?

You are connecting only 1 PAB device at a time when you do this aren't you?
If this is the case then return the new bar for replacement!

Yes I have done the test also with juste the new power bar and not other PAB device, juste P3 (except PLM-PWC + PLM-Oxygen cards) .

If only solution is return the power bar, what is the return address?

I am not GHL, but for me I just take it back to the place I purchased it from.
Your profile does not say where you are so not sure how your got it or what country you are in.
If your purchased it online? Then email the place you got it from to ask their return process.
