socket on powerbar light is red but doesnt work

hi

my socket light is red but it doesnt work. i tried going into the control center to turn it on/off and i hear it click but it still doesnt work...is that socket replaceable?

you mean the red LED is on but the device plugged in is without power?
Have you already tried another device if it is also off?

At any rate you can contact your retailer for sending the powerbar in for repair.

right if i i plug anything in...nothing turns on...

is there not a replaceable part that i can just order and do on my own?

I had a device basically melt one of the sockets and Michael was able to get me a new socket.
Not hard to replace.
We originally thought it was the main board, which can also be replaced, but that's a bit tougher to do at home.

Hey. I'm thinking its just the socket too since all the other sockets work and I can still hear it "click"
