mitras lx 6100 hv keeps losing time.

I have the mitras lx 6100 hv with firmware 1.15
lately i have to keep updating / reset the time..

Is there a battery inside that i need to replace ???

or is it time to to update the firmware ? and if so what are the steps to do it via usb connection ???

it's hard to tell you any concrete diagnosis by remote.
Anyway, we guess that a firmware update won't help here and rather recommend to
send the unit in for checking through GHL. Please contact your retailer for further steps.

all of a sudden , now its working ok ??
