need help with flow and optoleve sensor

I want to use both the flow sensor and optolevel senor at the time. To do this, do I connect both the sensors to a Y (split) PS/2-plug?

Yes, if you use the splitter for level sensors PL-LY, then you can connect two sensors to one level port (e.g. Level1&2).
The flow sensor can only be used at Level1&2 at ProfiLux or on level cards.
