Redox and Skimmer programmable logic

Hi There,

I am having a hard time getting this sorted out.

I have two sockets, one is an air pump, the other is an ozone unit, both assigned to Redox Increase.

I want to somehow have them linked to my skimmer so they are NEVER on when the skimmer is off. The skimmer is currently running Programmable Logic 1 for delayed start.
I am not sure if I require an additional gate or an additional programmable logic for those sockets.

Any suggestions on how I can achieve this?
