Touch monitor screens not recording data

The pH, Temp, Conductivity, and Redox are all displaying as normal on the main display screen but there is no data being recorded on the screens shown under the Monitor screens. All was working properly but not anymore. Any ideas?

Let me clarify...
all 4 parameters are reported on the display of the Profilux;
all 4 parameter are also displayed on the Touch main screen.
It is on the Monitoring screens within the Touch that nothing is being recorded

Have you select the parameter being recorded? Can you see the graph of recorded parameter in computer or in webserver?

Not exactly sure what you are referring to but I can say that I have disconnected the Touch, reseated all connections, rebooted and I can see all 4 params on the Profilux main screen and on the Touch Main screen except there are no graphs being displayed on the monitoring screen of the Touch. It is as if the monitoring for 24 hours, 10 days, 30 days, is tuned off.

I did not find anything obviously wrong but it is working now... all's well that ends well
