Email not sending

Hi

I used to receive regular email reports at 0630 every morning from the profilux.

Since updating to the new firmware this has stopped, nor do I receive an email to warn me of an alarm. I've checked all the settings and they've not changed .. any suggestions why this has happened or any solutions?

did you perform a hard-reset (power-cycle) after updating?

We have tested the email sending in FW 6.02 - 6.11 and couldn't find any problems. If you are still having some problems, please read this thread (http://forum.aquariumcomputer.com/showthread.php?9064-Troubleshooting-email-dispatch).

Just turn power supply off. Then re power the unit

I have the same problem.

Power off, waiting 1min. - power on. After this the emails report are ok.
