Evg-ap-2f strange behaviour

Since yesterday i have connected the evg-ap-2f to my profilux 3.1n-eX.
It controls two dimmable ballast. Each ballast powers two 54watt t5 tubes.
The strange behaviour occures when either one of the ballast turns off, the other ballast won't power to more then 10%. Only when both the ballasts are turned on i can change the illumination of both ballasts individual from 10% to 100%

Are you sure that the wiring of the ballasts to the EVG-AP is correct?
Please check again with the EVG-AP manual.

Are the 1-10V-interfaces set to min 1V and max 10V?

Have you tested the dimming via manual illumination?
Have you already tested the EVG-AP at another L-Port?
