Auto Top Off - Alarm Activation No Reason.

Hi Guys,

I currently have two sensors which activate an auto top off and one which is set in case the sump water level gets too high.

The setup is the following:

Sensor 1 : Auto Top Off (10s)
Sensor 2: Not Enabled (0s)

ATO in General
is always active

Alarm:
Time Overdue Activates Alarm - Ticked

Current Sensor States - Sensor 1 - Ticked.

Auto Top Off Pump (in RO/DI Water) is connected to S21 and set to Water 1.

This has been working without any problems for a while. What I find is when the RO/DI container is empty the alarm will sound which will indicate to me to refill the container with RO/DI.

Lately however the alarm has been sounding with a full RO/DI container for no reason. I then have to logon to the Profilux Control Software and reset the alarm for it to top up again.

Any reason why this would be the case?

please check with the function "diagnosis" on the device itself or in ProfiLuxControl in the level section if the sensor responds correctly (put it into water, remove it - does the displayed state change?) - if not then please contact your retailer
