Firmware upgrade problems

I have tried to update my firmware and failed.
It is saying the lamp address is COM4 but when I try to update firmware to 4 it fails. What am I doing wrong?
I think I have downloaded the right drivers, but if you provide links to the proper ones I will try again.
I am running Windows 7.
