profilux 2 plus frozen

I have a profilux p2 plus and the screen has gone all pixely . turned it off thinking that would reset it and now it does the fish swimming thing and stops with the web address at the bottom but does not get to the normal screen. if I go in though the pc its all running normally. very odd
