Hi Pete,

I am glad that you like it, thank you, my tank is actually very empty, all my corals are from friends, and many came to me as a frags. I hope that in next few years i will improve it.

Yes times are bad, but it never costs anything to plan for when things get better.

The sim stick is great, as already got one on my tank. Also got an extra sunrise/set stick as well, and the storm function is great. Lots of my friends come around when the main lights are out just to see it, as the tank takes on a whole new picture.

No sorry do not have a video recorder, but I will try and find some one that I could borrow one from.
My system has dimable T5 x 3, sunrise/set stick + simi stick.
2 X PH Probes, 1 for PH of tank the other for calk reactor.
2 X REDOX 1 for ozone, and the other for de nitrate filter.
1 X Temp controls heater and cooler, and also propeller breeze.
1 x Salinity probe.
Also put in auto top up, this is done through float switches and relays and comes strait from the RO unit that is in another part of the house. The RO has an auto purge unit that I built that purges it every 30 min.
Now I no I have forgotten something but not sure what LOL
Oh yes, I can also use the GHL to make the coffee hahaha.
Cheers

Peter ... How do you plan on simulating the thunder? I was hoping to do that as well somehow.

Very easy, you just buy lighting stick and configure it in GHL profilux menu

http://www.ghl-profilux.co.uk/acatalog/GHL-Profilux-Dimmable-LED---Full-Weather-Simulation-Red---Blue---White---Flash---Stick.html#aPL_2d0373

conect it and VOILA

Thanks Petar ...

I think your terminology is incorrect, though. Thunder is a sound I was hoping you had a plan to try to implement through Profilux. I do have a SimuLspot that I was going to use for lightning ...

Chippypah,
"2 X PH Probes, 1 for PH of tank the other for calk reactor"

may I ask how you programmed your 2 pH probes for this setup?
Thanks!
