GHL mitras 6200 firmware update help

Hi,

I have been trying to update my firmware but on the fourth of five steps, the control centre gives me an error message saying it cannot update the firmware, try resetting the mitras by unplugging it for a few seconds. I did that but the same error keeps on popping up. The correct USB driver is already installed on my USB port. Can anyone help me?
I just got this mitras yesterday.

if the firmware update fails, then you can carry it also out by the emergency flasher tool, have a look here:
