I know the EVG ap 2f can dim 2 ballast, will it dim each ballast separately or together ? Can for example have one at 50% and the other 25% at the same time?

It can dim separately since it occupy two L port.

It can dim separately since it occupy two L port.

It is connected to only one L-port, but one L-port provides two 1-10V-interfaces, therefore a separate dimming is possible.
