The problem may be this:
You have several PCs from where you access your ProfiLux using ProfiLuxControl. Now you add descriptions in ProfiLuxControl at one of the PCs but you cannot see these descriptions on the other PCs.
Solution:
These descriptions are stored under
C:\documents and settings\USERNAME\application settings\ProfiLuxControl\807138002
or a similar path, where the number at the end the serial number of your ProfiLux is.
Now just copy the complete directory 807138002 (in your case you will have another serial number) and paste it in the corresponding place at your other machine.
