I need wiring help please!

Today i bought a controllable ballast, T5 end caps, and a dimmable interface from my local GHL dealer..

I have no idea on how to wire it up, please could somebody help...

heres the pics..

As you can see the wiring diagram is on the ballast.
But i will try to explain.

wire 21 and 22 go to the left of tube 1
wire 24 and 25 go to the right of tube 1

wire 21 and 23 go to the left of tube 2
wire 26 and 27 go to the right of tube 2

This means you have to split conection 21

Remember to keep the wires as short as possible

wire 6 to the - of the LBF-AP
wire 7 to the + of the LBF-AP
both on conection for lamp 1-3 OR 2-4

The mains (230V) go to 1 and 2
Ground on 4
