Maintenance status on the apple apps not working properly

i have it on maintenance program 1 but when i tried to connect using the apple apps it is reporting as not started even though i have it on maintenance 1 program .

Please fix it

we found out that depending on the connection quality and on the used browser sometimes time-lag problems occur

we are working on an improvement of the web interface and app

comes in a future fw update
