leak sensor set up ?

Finally trying to intall my Profilux system on my new set up and having problem with leak sensor.instructions pretty self explanatory but i am getting red light ON all the time..Sensor doesn't touch anything , turn it upside down so pins up in the air. Interface connected to a level input in profilux.

Sometimes bad contact will cause alarm on.

Is the cable connected properly, meaning sometimes cable connection to P3 might come apart a little bit.
