Can't connect using app after upgrading version 6.0. When I open app it tells me wrong password.
No changes were made to password settings.
I am able to connect to P3 wired via RS 232 and via TCP/IP using newest version of PLC
Any suggestions?

And now for some reason when I go into PLC to verify password I try to change it and it's not letting me change it...reverts me back to the same password BUT I CANT EVEN LOG ON USING Admin and password!

Same situation but what I did is go into PLC retype the password and save it, delete and recreate the connection in app, finally OK again.

Tried that.
Only issue is that I CANT change and save the password in PLC.
When I try to do that it boots me out and gives me error 3

how do you know this?
all you see are some asterisk
delete both passwords (empty textbox) for both for a test
can you access now?
let us go from there

I cannot delete password.
When I delete all asterisks and hit save, then I hit load again and when I go back to system I get this again...

Even if your password is three characters, as default it will show 8 asterisk. So just clear the password and input new one, hit save and load again is OK.

I have just updated to 6.03, had the same issue, couldn't connect via the app, went into the webserver settings in PLC, re-entered the passwords and its now working, very strange.
After installing 6.04 when I open app I can't logout of it?
Anyone else having this issue, once in the app hit the logout button but doesn't logout

Hi.
I've just updated my Profilux to 6.05 and my Profilux Controller to 6060. Now, when I try to connect through the GHL Profilux App I get the error "No response for the device (Wrong password)".
Could you please advise how to fix this problem please? I've tried amending the re-entering the password and also deleting my settings in the App and re-entering which does not fix the problem.

You may try to reset the Profilux once.
