Can I set my doser to dose certain channels at certain times? As I would like to dose alk at night to combat ph drop

Yes you can set manual dosing option and set whatever times you want it do dose.
Look at PLC under Process-Timers
On the far right side you will see options for dosing. Select Manual dosing and input whatever times you desire.
