HELP 4 Pump GHL Doser

Hi

I need some help I have had this GHL 4 channel doser for a few yeas now.
The problem I am having is that I can not get the pumps to dose the same amounts for use with Triton method.
I have replaced the tubes in the pump (GHL) then calibrated the pumps, i was away for four weeks and found that the solution had dosed different amounts.
I have calibrated again but still find that the pumps dose different.

method of calibration, manual dose for 60s into measuring cylinder, repeat this 5 times for each pump.

do the pump motors need replacing/ or the heads, if so i have to consider the cost of a new doser.

... and you have saved the dosed amount for each pump separately? Then the calibration was correct.

Please be aware that the pumps, motors and tubes of the Dosing Unit are consumables that have to be replaced when they are used up.

How do i determine if the motors are used up.

The tubes have been replaced already
