Dosing unit SA 4 - display problem

I have a Profilux SA 4 dosing unit, has worked flawlessly for a year, but over recent months when I disconnect from power to clean and restore power the screen was garbled. It did recover over a couple of days.

I disconnected power last week, and when I reconnected the display was unreadable and has not improved, and I can't find my way around the menus.

Is there a repair I can do, or what do I need to replace, and where to source it from.

A repair you can do on your own would be to order a whole new front bard incl. display named "Spare-front DUSA".
You can order it from your retailer.
If you bought the unit no longer than 2 years ago you can also make a warranty claim - here you
will have to contact your retailer as well for the further process.
