help advise Dosing pump service settings calibration

4channel doser approx 3 years old , I have calibrated the pumps and tested the output on manual settings to dose 3ml the output I got from the pumps where
pump 1 (2.21ml) pump 2 (2.51ml) pump 3 (2.59ml) pump 4 not used

are these correct expected reading ,

All calibration done using weighing scale to measure small quantities in grams
i have assumed that 1g is equal to 1ml

method of calibration: short setting set for 60s measured the output weight.

You should be getting about 50-60ml per minute from the GHL dosing pumps. (I got a new 4 channel doses recently and all were 52 or 53ml per minute.

I get 38 ml a minute from mine, 35 from pump 1
