cant update firm ware

I have tried to update the firm ware on my mitras I cant find the USBVCOM I have tried on two pc's one running windows 7 and the other running XP


Please advise

as the wizard mentions: if the update driver is not installed then please install this driver manually

the location of the driver is also printed there:

we have already German instructions how to install, the translation to English will be uploaded today or tomorrow
