Does the GHL profilux app work on my phone?
Have downloaded it, but, nothing comes up at the help section?

The android app should work.

Have downloaded it, but, nothing comes up at the help section?

If you want to use the download from here, you have to install it manually. If you don´t know how to do that, I would reccomend to install it form the Google play store (similar to any other app from there)

You need to input the ip ad of the Profilux into the settings so you can make it work.

You need to go on the main screen of your P3. Not the PLC
There you will see the ip ad.

I found mine under PLC
SYSTEM
LAN PROPERTIES
I believe you can also find it on P screen but I am not home so can't tell you for sure.
But I believe of the top of my head that the above is correct.
GHL experts correct me if I am wrong.

System
Communication
Lan properties
But, it says IP is on zeros, then what?
Have no idea what to put in the app where it says
Name:
Host:
Port: 80 (it says already on the phone)
Password:

Hope for help

Can you search your IP address on your network?
Do you have a wireless router or bridge connected to p3?
How are you connecting online to your computers?

Jenner

when we do connect to a computer it goes via USB!
We have a wireless router, but, it is not connected to the p3, don´t know how!

Buddy I believe you need a wireless one of these.

Then you attach the P3 to that wireless bridge then the bridge to your wireless network in your house. There is a sticky here that explains how to.
