hi
i have recently bought a small Xp netbook with a 10.2" screen
have loaded the software for ghl onto it
when loading programme up the ghl window is to big for the screen, can the resolution of this window be adjusted??
the netbooks screen res is 1024x600
what size is the ghl window?
i can view all info apart from the bottom 1/8th of that window - so in turn can click or see the save button etc!!

Hi James,
the window of ProfiLuxControl II Version 4.xx is not resizable.
But this problem will be solved in 5.00.
Now we are finalizing 4.08, the next version will be 5.00

Quick question;
With a resizable option will you be able to reduce the windows size to 640x480? I have a small touchscreen LCD that I was hoping to use for software control on a mini PC connected to the profilux for logging and email functions

to any size you want - if the viewing area is too small for all objects then scroll bars will appear
Now we are finalizing 4.08, the next version will be 5.00
Any updates of when you expect to release V5?

The latest public version is the "ProfiLuxControl, Version 5.0.2.5 BETA", downloadable in our Customer Service Center on www.aquariumcomputer.com :)
to any size you want - if the viewing area is too small for all objects then scroll bars will appear
I downloaded V5.0.2.5 and there are no scroll bars. How do I resize the window to fit on this XP Netbook?
You cant, PLC 5 has not been changed.

Well - I am going by what the support here stated above. Have I wasted my time?

You are right, we have to apologize. This Feature will come in the next version, which will be a completly revised version.
Dissapointed that the coding can't even allow for a resize of window!!
How long is the next version going to take?
