Hello,

I performed a factory reset to get the iPhone App working and now I can connect through the app but have no flow sensor. ph, redox, pumps all working as before. PCL shows sensor as not enabled. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Tried power off/on, reconnecting cable. Is it possible that the sensor has failed?

Anybody have any suggestions on how to check this out? What is the warranty on the flow sensor? It's only 10 months old.

Hello,
you must enable the sensor in PLC.
Mark the corresponding line and set which input you are using for this sensor (1 or 2). Save.
Then the sensor should work again.

Carolin,

Thanks for the reply. I guess I was under the mistaken impression that restoring a PCL file after a reset will bring everything back as before. It's working now, thanks.
