Level sensor

Thanks for the app, works great for me. Just a little query, the level sensor area shows 2 indicators '1 & 2' these are preceded by either a tick or a dash I have seen various combinations. Can someone please tell me what they mean, I'm puzzled when 1 is ticked and 2 has a dash.

a tick means "ticked" = contact with water, a dash means no contact

Thanks for the reply but I'm still confused because each sensor has 2indicators. They usually have 2 ticks against them when the water level is up to them but I have seen 2 dashes or 1 tick & 1 dash attached to sensor at times. It's the combination of tick & dash I don't get.
