probleme connection sms module et p3ex

here my problem, I have a p3ex with firmware 5.15 which functions very well


I have to find a sms module old generation (not pab) my concern C is that I do not arrive has to make it recognize by the p3ex

despite everything the attempts, they are to connect together by the port series rs232 I have same to test with another cord rs232 without successes


I utilse the connection usb of the p3ex from time to time to make my setting has days if not the remainder of time I pass by LAN


when I connect the sms module the following indicator are to light:

GSM. flicker red every second

SUPPLY, lit green

POWER, lit green

status, extinct


chart sim to insert and valid


would have an idea of what I must do

The SMS-module has a built in battery.
Perhaps this battery is weak and don't let the SMS module boot up (status LED is off).
In this case the battery must be replaced.
