Trying to Update SMS

Im trying to update my SMS module to the latest firmware

In the downloads section i can see 3.02 (19.01.2013) and 3.03 BETA (19.01.2013) Is 3.03 still in BETA or is it stable release now???

Also, how to i update the firmware, i cant find any info.
