lost connection during firmware update

Hi, I tried to update my firmware to the latest update. I used RS232 port and during the process I got an connection error 28.
profilux is still working as if nothing happened, but I cannot connect my profilux control anymore, I get error code 28 every time......help!

Update: Ok . I see now that my temperature readings are incorrect, I get an level sensor in alarm, but the level is actually okay. And also I lost my IP adress....its like profilux is living its own life, and I have now way to control it.....what to do?

You need to do the "emergency update" via the flash tool.
But without any info about your ProfiLux it's hard to help, because there are different tools for the various models do do this...
